At Competitive Edge, our Barbell Club is designed to support members interested in improving in Olympic Weightlifting (Snatch/Clean & Jerk), Powerlifting (Squat/Bench/Deadlift), as well as tradition resistance training. We feel that anyone, from all walks of life, should be able to participate. We offer coaching/programming to members of all ability levels.
Our Barbell club can take you, regardless of ability level, to higher levels of proficiency in all things barbell-related.
We provide dedicated facility space and specialized equipment, as well as programming to fit your goals/needs. We also have scheduled training times, which are supervised by a dedicated coach as well.
