I was your casual street jogger trying to stay active while I went to school. I discovered CrossFit in January of 2016, here at CrossFit CE. My journey was rough at the start, being that I had never picked up a barbell in my life or ever did a pull-up. But, as the weeks went on, CrossFit changed me both physically and mentally. I noticed drastic improvements in both the sport and school which gave me the motivation to keep coming. Almost 2 years later, I was offered a position as a coach and here I am.
My purpose for coaching is to help everyone achieve new levels of fitness they want or did not know they had. I would like to say that no matter what your background is, whatever your physical limitations are, you could be a better version of yourself if you stay active. You can be surprised at what you can achieve. Take it from me.
