Why CrossFit? Quite simply, the community. Gym members become instant friends, you look forward to seeing them in class, cheering each other on in the depths of an intense workout and hold each other accountable on the days where you might otherwise go for a popcorn AMRAP on the couch. As someone who has had an up and down journey with regards to body weight and lived the corporate life for 11.5 years, I can relate to many challenges you might be going through. I can tell you that finding consistency in a fitness routine, at a place that feels like home, helped change my life and I’m sure it can do the same for you. As a coach, I enjoy the light bulb moments and firsts just as much as a hard earned PR. I like incorporating movements from different training methods into warmups and as a way to convey concepts to members. Helping our members discover their potential and change their lives is what makes it rewarding. I’m always happy to help in anyway I can.
